Inspired by her own family’s land loss experience, Jillian Hishaw has devoted over 20 years attorney, author, artist, and nonprofit leader helping families, farmers, and landowners protect generational wealth, preserve farmland, and build lasting legacies. Through bankruptcy, estate planning , policy advocacy, and agricultural preservation, she has helped save nearly $25 million in farmland assets, purchased/donated over 3.5 million pounds of produce across five countries, and provided less than $750,000 in financial and in-kind support to property owners nationwide.
